Blambles Finance Pty Ltd (ACN: 121 916 774) ATF Soul Funds Trust, trading as Blambles Finance Group (ABN: 69 653 623 873), is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. What information we collect

We collect personal information that is necessary to provide our finance broking services. This may include your name, contact details, financial information (such as income, assets and liabilities), identification documents, credit history and information about your financial goals and circumstances. We only collect what we need, and only for the purposes set out in this policy.

2. How we collect your information

We collect your information directly from you — through our website enquiry form, by phone, email or in person. In some cases we may collect information from third parties such as lenders, accountants or referrers, where you have consented to this or where it is reasonably necessary to provide our services.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal information to assess your finance needs, identify suitable loan products, submit applications to lenders on your behalf, and communicate with you throughout the process. We also use it to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a Credit Representative authorised under Australian Credit Licence 389328.

4. How we hold your information

We hold the information we collect from you securely via Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Outlook and Connective's Mercury CRM platform. We ensure your information is kept safe through two-factor authentication on all accounts, keeping software updated to the latest versions, and working with our third-party IT providers to maintain appropriate security standards. Access to your information is limited to personnel who need it to perform their role.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We may disclose your personal information to lenders, mortgage insurers, aggregators (including Connective), valuers and other service providers as necessary to process your application or meet our compliance obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Access and correction

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We do not charge for receiving a request for access, for complying with a correction request, or for providing access to your personal information.

We welcome your questions and comments about privacy. If you have any concerns or complaints, please let us know — if we don't know about it, we can't fix it.

Blambles Finance Group is part of a group of entities including Capital Square Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN: 675 715 616) trading as Evolve Property Solutions (ABN: 96 675 715 616), Alvero Pty Ltd (ACN: 696 472 956) and Alvero Insurance Pty Ltd (ACN: 696 638 249).

Personal financial information is not shared among these businesses. However, there are shared personnel across these entities and, where relevant, contact information may be shared to provide a seamless client experience.
